Gov't Condones the Use of Hybrid Cars

So the authorities (e.g. your car insurance(!), city & state officials) condone the use of Hybrid cars. Why do I say this? Well the auto insurance company gives discounts to hybrid car drivers! Well, that and if you wish you were that solo driver in the HOV lane – you could be if your a hybrid car driver. That’s right. Hybrid drivers have the privilege of driving in the HOV lanes even though they are solo. This is only on a month to month basis until the new transportation methods are considered. If that isn’t authorities condoning the use of these hybrid cars, then what is?
